January 3rd: Join Tammy Robinson, Library CEO, for a collection of strange and interesting stories about Cobourg. This presentation is a compilation of stories found in the library’s local history room. Some are definitely true, some might be true, and others . . . it depends on how you interpret the story.
January 10th: Join us for an engaging “Coffee with the Town of Cobourg Police Chief” Paul VandeGraaf. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with Chief VandeGraaf, share your thoughts, and ask questions about community safety and policing in Cobourg.
January 17th: Join us for an engaging session with Micol Marotti, a local history theater specialist from VOS Theatre! Micol will explore historical sites and areas filmed locally, bringing our community’s rich heritage to life through captivating stories.
January 24th: Join us for an enlightening session with Trisha Essery, a dedicated Victoria Hall volunteer, as she shares the fascinating history of this beloved landmark. Discover the stories and events that have shaped Victoria Hall, and learn how you can get involved in preserving its legacy.
January 31st: Join us for an informative session with the Pre-Arrangement Director from MacCoubrey Funeral Home, where we’ll discuss the importance of planning ahead and easing the burden on loved ones.
