Ten years ago, The Tragically Hip played their final show in Kingston, about an hour down the 401 from Cobourg, and an estimated one-third of Canadians tuned in to CBC's live broadcast that night. On Saturday, August 22, CBC is airing the full concert again, commercial-free. Experience Cobourg is hosting a local watch party outside on the big screen.

The Cobourg Marina is located at 103 Third Street. Come early for food, drinks and music. The concert airs at 7 p.m., listen to some music and enjoy some of the last days of summer outside the Cobourg Marina. This event will be licensed, and food will be available for purchase.

Bring a chair, some friends and your best Canadian stories. The harbour is as good a place as any to watch a hometown band's send-off, one more time.
