This Weekend in Cobourg: Sept. 11-13

From Friday night’s Cruise-In, Youth Zone and karaoke, to a busy Saturday featuring the Cobourg Farmers’ Market, Cobourg Cat Show, Northumberland Vintage Show and Psychic Fair, there’s plenty to explore.

Saturday also brings two meaningful community events focused on suicide awareness and remembrance. Tattoos 4 Trauma and Northumberland Hospital are hosting the Suicide Awareness Walk, with participants starting and finishing at the Cobourg Marina and the walk beginning at 2 p.m. The Walk to End Suicide also takes place along Cobourg’s west beach boardwalk, bringing the community together to remember, raise awareness and support those affected by suicide.

Then settle in for Movies Under the Stars Saturday evening, with Min & Bill showing under the night sky.

Sunday offers even more, including the Cobourg Cat Show, Cobourg Super Walk, Soul Soup Sunday Day Retreat and a creative Faux Floral Painted Pumpkin workshop.
