Rent the Concert Hall

Rental rate for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday is $1000/day. (Rates may vary based on renters address).

• Weekday rates are $300 (Rates may vary based on renters address).
• There is a $100 charge to use the Hall on the day previous to the event to decorate. Please note that the set up and take down of the tables and chairs and risers are included in the rental.

*Fees and Weekday Rates do not include additional staffing charges

$30/ hour for the commissionaire (security); these staff members are in attendance for the entire event. They are responsible for opening up the building and designated rooms, maintaining building security during the event, hourly patrols of the facility and securing the building at the end of the event.

$35/hour. This member of the Concert Hall staff is in attendance from the arrival of the first vendor until the last guest has left the premises. They are responsible for enforcing all liquor regulations in accordance with the LLBO; as well as dealing with any building issues that may arise, such as heating, cooling, lighting, sound, table requirements and guest issues.
