Cancellation Policy
Starting January 1, 2025, Victoria Park Campground will implement a new cancellation policy. Please review the details below to understand how cancellations and changes to your reservation will be handled.
Cancellation Process:
Before you cancel, have you considered moving your reservation to a future date? You can make changes to your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival with no additional fees, subject to availability. To cancel your reservation, contact the campground office directly by phone before the specified deadlines below. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
RV & Tent Sites Cancellation Deadlines:
* Notify the campground office by 4 p.m., at least seven days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative cancellation fee and the booking fee.
* Within 7 Days: Cancellations made less than seven days but more than 24 hours before arrival will result in a one night stay being charged, plus the $20 administrative fee.
* 24 Hours or Less: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
Additional Terms:
* Reservations made after the cancellation deadlines will require nonrefundable deposits.
* Cancellations made after the stated deadlines will forfeit the full deposit.
* No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early checkouts, or due to natural discomforts (e.g., weather conditions).
* Refunds will not be issued on or after the scheduled arrival date.
* All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method; no exceptions will be made.
* The cancellation policy may be adjusted in cases of regional or national travel disruptions.
