Seasonal permit holders may use the boat launch for the entirety of the boating season. In addition to access to the boat launch at the Cobourg Marina, these passes are also valid for overnight parking only in Marina lot (May to October), as well as daytime parking in Waterfront areas.
In order to purchase a seasonal permit, users must provide proof of being a slip holder for the season

For all other boat launch needs, including daily use, users can purchase launch and parking permits from the machine in the Marina parking lot. This machine is available 24 hours, so there is no restriction on obtaining a launch/parking permit in the early morning.
